After an extraordinary 48 years of dedicated service, Daney Chantim is retiring.
From the very beginning, Daney worked side by side with our founder, Enrico Salvo, helping to build not just a company, but a family rooted in trust, integrity, and long-standing relationships. For nearly five decades, Daney has been not only the heart of our Los Angeles office but a guiding presence across every location where our footprint exists. She has managed operations and served our customers with unwavering commitment, professionalism, and care.
Many of you have worked directly with Daney over the years and know firsthand her dedication, reliability, and genuine concern for the people she served. She has been a constant presence, a steady leader, and a trusted partner to our clients and our team alike.
In recognition of her remarkable career and lasting impact, Daney was honored with the Presidential Award for Leaders and Legends—a distinction that truly reflects the legacy she leaves behind.
While we will miss her greatly, we are excited for Daney as she begins this well-earned next chapter. We wish her continued health, happiness, and fulfillment in retirement, and we thank her for the countless ways she has shaped our company and strengthened our client relationships over 48 years, 10 months, and 13 days.
