 USTR Will Review Extending Expired Exclusions 

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has announced that they will have a review for possible reinstatement of the 549 exclusions that expired on December 31, 2020.  In a USTR notice, the USTR will accept comments on its published list beginning on October 12, 2021. The comments for the need of the exclusions will be accepted until December 1, 2021.

Comments must be filed electronically on the USTR website.  Instructions for filing the comments are included in a Federal Register Notice (FRN) issued by the USTR and that FRN which can be found here.

Any reinstated exclusions will be retroactive back to October 12, 2021
